Invitation for my Upcoming Project

A lot of people have been fighting for Gay Right all over of the world. Some countries have legalized gay marriage or even allowed them to have full right in law. However, Thailand is the country where Gay right isn't law but cultural benefit, which pretty much means we are doing so fine being gay here in Thailand.

Since Gay community here is quite open and accepted (or is tolerated ) by most of people in this country, gay people can fully enjoy life and be what we want.

However, there is only one big concern about gay people in Thailand - HIV infection.

These past few years, the number of the HIV infected are increasing dramatically - let alone in Bangkok, the HIV infected rate has increased 11% between 1987 - 2011 and continuing to rise rapidly. There are so many reasons why we are risking it as gay people and one of the reasons is unsafe sex because of a better experience in sexual relationship - no condoms.

I've searched through internet and found out that there are so many infected out there who is till waiting for the day that they can start communicating with other people without being labeled as "HIV infectees" Many of them have posted it online in order to find friends who can really talk it out and always be ready to help them out. I have a big passion on doing something that so I've decided to initialize a project to sort this out - not only for them but also for all of us to be part to help them.

I am going to develop a website for everybody to post their questions or even topics online anonymously and all of their posts will be answered by all of you in order to give them precious and friendly advice.

This is going to a clean and open community. It doesn't only direct to the infected but it is also a place where you all can see new side of gay community in Thailand and you can be part to build it up and make it stronger in the future time.

I need your idea to power up this project to happen in next few months. If you have any comment or ideas, please do not hesitate to leave the comment below or if you love the idea, please share this blog to all of your friends

Must-know facts about Thai guys (Part II) : They save 'face' more than 'money'

Lose face? What the heck is this? Come on! don't pretend like you don't know it, just because you guys are hardly in this kind of situation but behold folks! This thing is really common in Thailand and maybe it's become part of the culture now. Well, losing face is feeling extremely embarrassed or being in a really really awkward situation... and that is what we, Thai people really hate! Geert Hofstede I think it is not fair to say that Thai guys are afraid to lose face as actually all Thai people are. First thing is, according to Geert Hofstede's Cultural dimension, Thai people has really high point for the concept of uncertainty avoidance culture, which means Thai people are afraid to to be in such an uncertain situation. Alright enough for academic article... let's go back to the reality However, it really makes sense. Now time to explain how we would be like if we are in 'face-losing' situation. Let me explain by telling the story. ...

5 months of no sex and I just had a date first time in 2 and a half years!

Hi y'all! My last post was all about random thing I did, saw and experienced at Chiang Mai and I have been thinking so hard what to do in order to have you guys back to read my tiny little blog again LOL Well, It has been such interesting time with me lately. I have been busy planning on my first ever Europe trip. It involves a lot of paper works and blah blah. The good thing is, I get to forget about my ex for a while. Not that I can't get over him or anything but come on! it was 2 and a half years and I would be heartless to never have my own sad days at all. Thanks god, I have friends. People gave me a lot of advises about how I should deal with my breakup or I would call it feeling missed out. Some said that I should just take a moment of my life, go somewhere and spend time with myself (Well, if my boss allowed me to take another holidays, I wouldn't hesitate LOL), some even said that I should just let myself go with how I feel and never force myself to not be s...

Sadness doesn't last long, the mistakes that do.

Everytime, I watched Thai soap opera and when it came to depressive parts of it, I would always turn it off as it was always sad to think how people could handle such things, how they could manage to get through that kind of stuff or even how their lives would become after those hard times. I couldn't figure it out - not sure if it's because I am too stupid, too young or too blind to see the ways. But sadness is always like that, isn't it? No matter how much you try to avoid it, it always come to you. I used to think when I was a little child that I was the most happy boy in the world because I had everything. I have my lovely mom, my great dad and my supportive family. Then I've learned my life a lot these past years that life can't be interesting if you are not sad, uninspired and depressive.  I have had so many heartbreaking moments - there were so many that I, sometimes, just suddenly lost the faith in love. I used to believe that I might not need to l...
